At Liv Ora, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify, items must be:

    • Unused and undamaged

    • In the original packaging

    • With proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via Paystack).

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sales

  • Items returned damaged, used, or with missing parts, not due to our error


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free for original orders, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product).


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank or Paystack.
