Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free worldwide. We cover standard shipping costs on all orders, unless stated otherwise.

Estimated Delivery Time

Since Liv Ora operates through trusted dropshipping suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Actual delivery times may vary due to supplier processing, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

  • Tracking information may take a few days to update after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship worldwide. However, due to carrier limitations, some locations may not be serviceable. In such cases, we will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

Delays and Issues

  • Liv Ora is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier service issues.

  • We are also not liable for lost or stolen packages once the tracking status shows “Delivered.”

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, we can reship the order once you confirm the correct address (reshipping fees may apply).

Returns Due to Shipping

  • If an order is significantly delayed (beyond 45 business days) and not delivered, customers may request a full refund or replacement.
